Boss seems very moody and unfriendly. Obviously does not take criticism and takes the time to serve his customers. He leaves the restaurant more often and when he comes back he doesn't seem to like to wash his hands when serving his customers from the refrigerated counter again. I have no sympathy for poor service, unfriendliness and a relaxed approach to hygiene.

Best bistro on the square. Stephano tries hard. Small dishes delicious.

Super Location in Friedrichsdorf. Also great for a pasta at lunchtime.
